We offer classes in the art of dance for ballet, pointe, tap and jazz. We also offer classes in hip-hop.

Dance is an educational, fun and healthy activity that improves coordination and promotes quick thinking, discipline and self-confidence.

At JHSOD, our first priority is that our students are educated in the art of dance. We teach the movements and terminology of dance, poise and posture, as well as dedication, determination, commitment and good stage presence in an enjoyable manner for students of all abilities and ages.

There are no short cuts to excellence in dance. It is important that students are taught the proper basics from the very beginning. We strive to provide the best possible training in a fun and healthy environment.

Established in 2001, and now located ½ mile west of Katy High School, JHSOD combines artistry, education and community involvement to create the premiere dance school in Katy, Texas.
