At Juleigh Holley’s School of Dance, our goal is to train quality dancers, with an emphasis on technique and performance. While we acknowledge the importance of a strong technical foundation, we also seek to foster the passion for the art of dance. Our classes are fun, while still maintaining a structured class environment.

We are different from area dance schools in that we do not participate in dance competitions. Instead, we choose to maintain that dance is an art form that shouldn’t be judged for trophies. We offer several companies for the more dedicated dancer who wishes to pursue more performance opportunities.

Above all, we are most proud to promote a positive learning environment in which we help to create life long lessons while our students learn a wonderful art form.

The studio is located at 27025 Highway 90 in Katy, Texas (approximately ½ mile west of Katy High School). Ample parking is provided and a covered area is also available for rainy day drop offs.

To help relieve stress on dancer’s joints we have a sprung dance sub floor with a “marley” dance surface.

Families new to JHSOD are encouraged to call or visit the studio to determine the proper class level. All forms and payments must be completed and returned before placement on class roster.

Dance is a performing art, and we feel that participation in performances is an important part of our students' training. We offer a year end performance opportunity held at Morton Ranch High School’s Performing Art Center at the end of the dance year.
